Delivery Policy & Refund Policy:
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are shipped within a 48-hour period. Delivery will occur in the next 1-4 business days (Australia wide) after shipping.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on your country of residence. Usually parcels are delivered between 3-14 days.
If we become aware of a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please let us know if your order has taken longer than 4 days (Australia) and 14 Days (International) and we can track the delivery for you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
If you have received an item that is unusable or faulty, Plas-Spike Products will offer a full refund including all shipping costs pertaining to the order.
All returns must be advised in writing within 14 days from receipt of your order. You can email products@plasspike.com.au with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Once your claim has been approved, our customer service department will contact you and advise collection and refund options.
NOTE: No refunds or returns are accepted for items ordered in error.
